Listed in The Times ‘Top 10 National Firework Display List’, The Carlisle FireShow is an annual firework spectacle created and choreographed by the Black Powder Monkeys on behalf of Carlisle City Council.

Attended by over 35000 people, The Carlisle FireShow consists of a huge sculpted bonfire complete with fire drawings, lance works and a whole array of pyrotechnic effects. The grand finally is a 20-minute firework set piece dramatically choreographed to music in which over 10000 shells are fired up into the night sky.
